HJALMAR

Hjalmar contacted me on Instagram in early September. Another great discovery, and a very promising artist with his melodic, alternative rock songs in Swedish.
We met up around Vinterviken, where Hjalmar showed me a hidden spot: the remains of blasting bunkers, part of Alfred Nobel's industrial complex. There, he performed "Flyttar Nu," an energetic and catchy song really good!
That Sunday was probably the last beautiful summer day, sunny and warm, with lots of people swimming. Hjalmar performed a second song "Håll Hårt" also from his latest EP "GODSTÅG."
